ECI Greenlights JKNDP: Official Registration Clears Path for Political Activities and Party Fundraising
PULWAMA — In a major legal and political milestone, the Jammu and Kashmir National Democratic Party (JKNDP) has officially been registered as a recognized political entity by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
With the formal completion of the ECI registration process, all major regulatory hurdles have been cleared. The JKNDP’s leadership, cadre, and workers are now legally authorized to full-scale political mobilization, public rallies, and campaign operations without any administrative bottlenecks.
Authorized to Accept Public Donations
A crucial outcome of this ECI registration is that the JKNDP is now legally empowered to receive financial contributions and public donations to fund its activities. According to the party leadership, a transparent, digitally monitored fundraising campaign will be launched to sustain its organizational growth.
The collected funds will be strictly funneled back into development initiatives, localized public grievance cells, and grassroot campaigns across the party’s four designated operational fields: Pulwama, Tral, Pampore, and Rajpora.
